About Grey Jacks

Executive & Leadership Coach | PCC | Creative Thought Partner

For more than two decades, I've helped people discover their strengths, navigate change, and create lives and careers that reflect who they truly are.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I've delivered more than 3,000 coaching sessions, helping professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and individuals in transition develop greater confidence, resilience, communication skills, and purpose. My clients include professionals across technology, healthcare, education, nonprofit organizations, and the creative industries, and many describe our work together as transformational long after our sessions have ended.

My coaching is built on a simple belief: lasting success comes from understanding ourselves as well as we understand our goals.

Together, we'll explore how your leadership, relationships, creativity, and personal values intersect so you can make thoughtful decisions, communicate with confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My Background

Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent more than twenty years leading creative projects, developing artists, teaching students, and managing teams. Today I bring that same curiosity, compassion, and accountability into every coaching relationship.

In addition to coaching, I am an award-winning songwriter, music producer, and Washington, DC grants-funded Teaching Artist whose work explores leadership, creativity, identity, and human development. My experience building artistic communities and guiding people through the creative process has given me a unique perspective on helping leaders navigate uncertainty, foster innovation, and find their authentic voice.
